CALL FOR PRESENTERS

The MACCE-C conference planning team is currently seeking presenters for the 2026 virtual conference. This RFP will remain open until April 30, 2026. Sessions should address one or more of the following:

  • Youth action – examples of students’ work

  • Careers / CTE

  • Classroom Resources – climate within curriculum

  • New and Noteworthy

  • Climate Education Policy

Planning is underway for the seventh annual Mid-Atlantic Climate Change Education Conference!  Please check your email for updates and opportunities.  If you are interested in participating in the planning, please reach out to Coreen Weilminster at coreen.weilminster@maryland.gov. 

The planning team meets monthly, with task teams meeting in between.
